| Abstract: | Rodinné podnikání na území České republiky přerušil komunistický režim, a tak rodinné podiky, které fungují dnes, začaly vznikat až v 90. letech. I přestože tvoří stabilní a významnou část české ekonomiky, nevěnoval se jim dlouho zasloužený prostor. Vznik definice „rodinného podniku“ vládou napomohl podpoře rodinných firem nejen na akademické půdě, ale i ve státní sféře. Aktuálně probíhající vlna procesů nástupnictví dostala některé podniky do úzkých, protože neví, jak na hladké a úspěšné nástupnictví. Pro tvorbu kvalitní odborné literatury, je potřeba i sledování a výzkum. Z toho důvodu je cílem této práce popsat pomocí případové studie dopad procesu nástupnictví v rodinné firmě Rodinná firma s. r. o. na její fungování se zaměřením na průběh procesu a konflikty. |

| Abstract: | Family business in the Czech Republic was interrupted by the communist regime, and so the family businesses that operate today only began to emerge in the 1990s. Even though they form a stable and significant part of the Czech economy, they have not been given the recognition they deserve for a long time. The creation of the definition of a “family business” by the government has helped support family businesses not only in academia but also in the state sphere. The current wave of succession processes has put some businesses in a bind because they do not know how to ensure a smooth and successful succession. Monitoring and research are also needed to create quality professional literature. For this reason, the aim of this work is to describe, using a case study, the impact of the succession process in the family business Rodinná firma s. r. o. on its functioning, focusing on the course of the process and conflicts. |
