| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na zhodnocení dopadů výstavby Vltavské filharmonie v Praze, s důrazem na vnímání projektu místní komunitou. Hlavním cílem je zjistit, jakým způsobem tato významná kulturní stavba ovlivní obyvatele v bezprostředním okolí, zejména z hlediska sociálních, ekonomických a kulturních aspektů. Výzkum byl realizován pomocí kvantitativních a kvalitativních metod, zahrnující dotazníkové šetření mezi obyvateli a rozhovory s odborníky z oblasti architektury a urbanismu. Výsledky výzkumu poskytují ucelený pohled na očekávané přínosy i možné problémy spojené s realizací stavby. Výstupem práce jsou konkrétní doporučení, jak minimalizovat negativní dopady a podpořit pozitivní efekty výstavby. Práce také zdůrazňuje důležitost lokální perspektivy při plánování a začlenění významných kulturních projektů do městského prostředí. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor's thesis focuses on the evaluation of the impact of the construction of the Vltava Philharmonic Hall in Prague, with an emphasis on the perception of the project by the local community. The main objective is to find out how this important cultural building will affect the residents in the immediate vicinity, especially in terms of social, economic and cultural aspects. The research was conducted using quantitative and qualitative methods, including a survey of local residents and interviews with experts in the field of architecture and urban planning. The results of the research provide a comprehensive view of the expected benefits and potential problems associated with the implementation of the building. The output of the thesis includes specific recommendations on how to minimise the negative impacts and promote the positive effects of the development. The thesis also highlights the importance of a local perspective in planning and integrating major cultural projects into the urban environment. |
