| Abstract: | Tato bakalářské práce se zabývá analýzou a možnostmi implementace moderních technologií a principů průmyslu 5.0 ve výrobním závodě společnosti IDEAL Automotive s.r.o. v Boru. Práce se primárně věnuje teoretickému vymezení konceptu průmyslu 5.0, který staví na spolupráci člověka a stroje a klade důraz na udržitelnost a odolnost vůči výzvám moderního průmyslu. Avšak v teoretické části je taktéž zmapován koncept průmyslu 4.0. a jeho klíčové technologie, jako je robotika, rozšířená realita či umělá inteligence. Praktická část je zaměřena na analýzu současného stavu využívání moderních technologií ve společnosti IDEAL Automotive v Boru, včetně výzkumu týkajícího se kolaborativního robota využívaného v Ostrově u Stříbra. Informace byly získány prostřednictvím kvalitativního výzkumu, který zahrnoval polostrukturovaný rozhovor a následnou komentovanou prohlídku výrobních hal. Na základě získaných poznatků jsou navrženy možnosti implementace dalších moderních technologií a kroků vedoucích k podpoření konceptu průmyslu 5.0 ve společnosti IDEAL Automotive s.r.o. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis deals with the analysis and possibilities of implementation of modern technologies and principles of Industry 5.0 in the production plant of IDEAL Automotive s.r.o. in Bor. The thesis is primarily devoted to the theoretical definition of the concept of Industry 5.0, which is based on the cooperation of man and machine and emphasizes sustainability and resilience to the challenges of modern industry. However, the theoretical part also maps the concept of Industry 4.0. and its key technologies such as robotics, augmented reality or artificial intelligence. The practical part focuses on the analysis of the current state of the use of modern technologies at IDEAL Automotive in Bor, including research on the collaborative robot used in Ostrov u Stříbra. The information was obtained through qualitative research, which included a semi-structured interview followed by a guided tour of the production halls. Based on the findings, the possibilities of implementing further modern technologies and steps leading to the promotion of the Industry 5.0 concept at IDEAL Automotive s.r.o. are proposed. |
