| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na analýzu ženského leadershipu ve financích. Cílem práce je identifikovat klíčové prvky ženského leadershipu a porovnat styl ženského vedení ve financích se styly vedení přisuzovanými ženám. Práce se skládá ze dvou hlavních částí, a to z části teoretické a praktické. V teoretické části jsou definovány styly vedení spojované se ženami, a to včetně rozdílů ve vedení mužů a žen. Pro účely této práce je v praktické části použita kvalitativní forma výzkumu, a to konkrétně polostrukturované rozhovory s manažerkami z oboru finančního poradenství. Výsledky ukazují, že ženský leadership ve financích vykazuje výrazné prvky transformačního a servant leadershipu s důrazem na empatii, otevřenou komunikaci a podporu spolupracovníků. Tato práce přináší nové poznatky o specifikách ženského vedení ve financích a poskytuje inspiraci pro organizace i ženy. |

| Abstract: | This Master’s Thesis focuses on the analysis of female leadership in finance. This thesis aims to identify key elements of female leadership and compare women's leadership style in finance with leadership styles typically associated with women. The thesis consists of two main parts: the theoretical and the practical. The theoretical part defines leadership styles associated with women, including the differences in leadership between men and women. For this thesis, the practical part uses a qualitative research approach, specifically semi-structured interviews with female managers in the financial consulting field. The results show that female leadership in finance exhibits significant elements of transformational and servant leadership, with an emphasis on empathy, open communication, and support for collaborators. This thesis provides new insights into the specifics of female leadership in finance and offers inspiration for both organizations and women. |
