| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na péči o zaměstnance ve vybrané společnosti. Cílem této práce je analyzovat aktuální systém péče o zaměstnance v dané společnosti a na základě získaných poznatků stanovit doporučení, která by díky jejich implementaci mohla pomoci tento systém péče o zaměstnance zlepšit. Výsledky výzkumu přinášejí užitečné informace pro zaměstnavatele, který může na základě navrhnutých doporučení docílit rozvoje oblastí péče o své zaměstnance a přispět tak nejen ke zvýšení jejich spokojenosti, ale také ke zlepšení výkonnosti firmy. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. V první, teoretické části, jsou popsána stěžejní témata související s dobrovolnou a povinnou péčí o zaměstnance. V druhé, praktické části, následují po představení vybrané společnosti poznatky, vyplívající z provedeného výzkumného šetření. Práce je zakončena shrnutím získaných dat a formulací doporučení, která mohou přispět ke zlepšení oblastí péče o zaměstnance. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor’s thesis focuses on employee care in a selected company. The aim of this thesis is to analyse the current system of employee care in the company and based on the findings, to determine recommendations that, if implemented, could help to improve this system of employee care. The results of the research provide useful information for the employer, who can use the proposed recommendations to develop the areas of care for his employees and contribute not only to increase their satisfaction, but also to improve the performance of the company. The thesis is divided into two parts. In the first, theoretical part, the main topics related to voluntary and compulsory care of employees are described. In the second, practical part, after the introduction of the selected company, the findings of the research investigation follow. The thesis concludes with a summary of the data obtained and the formulation of recommendations that can contribute to the improvement of employee care. |
