| Abstract: | Diplomová práce zkoumá vliv technostresu na produktivitu, angažovanost a wellbeing pedagogických pracovníků. Pomocí literární rešerše byla analyzována problematika technostresu a jeho vztah k pracovním výstupům. Kvantitativní výzkum, realizovaný formou dotazníkového šetření, využil statistické metody, jako je korelační matice a lineární regrese. Výsledky ukázaly, že technické přetížení pozitivně ovlivňuje produktivitu, zatímco technická složitost ji snižuje. Na angažovanost neměly dimenze technostresu vliv a wellbeing byl ovlivněn pouze věkem, který ale nebyl předmětem zkoumání. Technostres tedy nemá zásadní dopad na pracovní výstupy, jak se očekávalo. Školní instituce by však měly investovat do prevence technostresu prostřednictvím školení a rozvoje digitálních kompetencí. |

| Abstract: | This thesis examines the impact of technostress on the productivity, engagement and wellbeing of teaching staff. Using a literature research, the issue of technostress and its relationship with work outcomes was analyzed. The quantitative research, conducted through a questionnaire survey, used statistical methods such as correlation matrix and linear regression. The results showed that technical overload positively affects productivity, while technical complexity reduces it. Engagement was not affected by the dimensions of technostress and wellbeing was only affected by age, but this was not investigated. Therefore, technostress does not have a major impact on work outputs as expected. However, school institutions should invest in technostress prevention through training and digital competence development. |
