| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce je případovou studií na téma udržitelnost hudebního festivalu, konkrétně festivalu Let it Roll. Práce se zabývá problematikou udržitelnosti v rámci pořádání hudebních festivalů. Výsledkem práce je analyzovat environmentální, ekonomické a sociální aspekty udržitelnosti a vyhodnotit, jak si konkrétní festival v této oblasti vede, případně navrhnout opatření které by přispěli ke zlepšení této problematiku. V teoretické části se práce zabývá základními pojmy a jejich vymezením v souvislosti s pořádáním kulturních eventů. Praktická část se věnuje popisu festivalu Let it roll, jeho klíčovým aktivitám v rámci ekologické udržitelnosti a následně rozhovoru se zástupci festivalu, kteří se daným odvětvím v rámci Let it Roll věnují, na téma sociální a ekonomické udržitelnosti. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor's thesis is a case study on the topic of sustainability of a music festival, specifically the Let it Roll festival. The work deals with the issue of sustainability within the organization of music festivals. The result of the work is to analyze the environmental, economic and social aspects of sustainability and to evaluate how a specific festival is doing in this area, or to propose measures that would contribute to the improvement of this issue. In the theoretical part, the work deals with basic terms and their definition in connection with the organization of cultural events. The practical part is dedicated to the description of the Let it roll festival, its key activities in the framework of ecological sustainability, and then an interview with representatives of the festival, who are dedicated to the given sector within the framework of Let it Roll, on the topic of social and economic sustainability. |
