| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na téma optimalizování rozvozových tras malého podniku, k čemuž využívá matematických modelů a teorie dopravní logistiky. Předmětem analýzy práce je pekařství Mareš & synové, které se specializuje na rozvoz pekařských výrobků pražským gastroprovozům. Pro vyhodnocení optimalizace bylo využito Clarke-Wrightovy metody. Práce si klade za cíl navrhnout optimální rozvozové trasy pro pekařství s cílem minimalizovat náklady a zvýšit efektivitu závozů. Práce se nejprve bude zabývat teoretickou částí, kde bude objasněna základní terminologie potřebná k pochopení užitých metod, a celkového smyslu práce. Následná analytická část bude řešit rozdělení odběratelů do skupin podle jejich ekonomické výnosnosti, ze které bude čerpat Clarke-Wrightova metoda., která provede výslednou optimalizaci tras. |

| Abstract: | This thesis focuses on the optimization of delivery routes of a small company, using mathematical models and transport logistics theory. The subject of the analysis is the bakery Mareš & synové, which specializes in the distribution of bakery products to Prague gastroprovisions. The Clarke-Wright method was used to evaluate the optimization. The thesis aims to design optimal delivery routes for the bakery in order to minimize costs and increase the efficiency of deliveries. The thesis will first deal with the theoretical part, where the basic terminology needed to understand the methods used, and the overall meaning of the thesis will be explained. The subsequent analytical part will deal with the division of customers into groups according to their economic profitability, from which the Clarke-Wright method will be drawn. to perform the resulting route optimization. |
