| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na výzkum příčin prodlev ve schvalovacím procesu smluv. K výzkumu bylo využito kvalitativních metod. Teoretická část poskytla kostru výzkumu možných příčin prodlev. Především pro neformální rozhovory, které se o tento rámec do určité části opírají. Výzkum přináší cenná data o délce schvalovacího procesu, jeho úzkých místech a jejich možných odstranění. Výzkum je prakticky zaměřen na celý schvalovací proces včetně nastavení workflow. Nastavení procesu nevykázalo závažnější nedostatky. Velký vliv na délku schvalovacího procesu má selhání lidského faktoru a s tím spojená chybovost. Dále také time management nejen schvalovatelů, ale i žadatelů. |

| Abstract: | The thesis focuses on researching the causes of delays in the contract approval process. Qualitative methods were used for the research. The theoretical part provided the framework for investigating the possible causes of delays, especially for informal interviews that rely on this framework to some extent. The research provides valuable data on the length of the approval process, its bottlenecks, and potential solutions for removing them. The research is practically focused on the entire approval process, including workflow setup. The process setup did not reveal any significant deficiencies. A major influence on the length of the approval process is the failure of the human factor and the associated error rate. Additionally, time management is important not only for the approvers but also for the applicants. |
