| Abstract: | Tato případová studie zkoumá požadavky na vývoj software ve vybraném týmu ve významné bance. Je popsána teorie správy a prioritizace požadavků a jak je uplatněna v rámci vybraného týmu v praxi. Je popsán proces vývoje software a klíčové metriky popisující jeho efektivitu. Tyto metriky jsou vyhodnoceny a analyzovány pomocí statistických metod. Na základě tohoto vyhodnocení jsou popsána slabá a silná místa procesu, kde jako zá-sadní je nedodržení zadaných priorit a velké množství nedokončené práce, které tým zpomaluje a komplikuje jeho řízení. Práce dále navrhuje změny, které je doporučeno implementovat a celkovou změnu procesu vývoje. |

| Abstract: | This case study examines the requirements for software development within a selected team at a prominent bank. It describes the theory of requirement management and prioritization, as well as how these concepts are applied in practice within the chosen team. The software development process is outlined, along with key metrics that describe its effectiveness. These metrics are evaluated and analyzed using statistical methods. Based on this evaluation, the strengths and weaknesses of the process are identified, with the failure to adhere to established priorities and the large volume of unfinished work being highlighted as critical issues that slow down the team and complicate its management. The study also proposes changes that are recommended for implementation, as well as an overhaul of the development process. |
