| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje aktuálním dopravním problémům hlavního města Prahy a hledá možnosti jejich řešení. Mezi klíčové výzvy patří dopravní kongesce, omezená propojenost jednotlivých druhů dopravy, nedostatečná kapacita parkovacích míst a negativní dopady na životní prostředí. Součástí výzkumu je využití dotazníkového šetření zaměřeného na zkušenosti a preference vybraných respondentů z Prahy v oblasti dopravy. Hodnocení efektivity dopravního systému vychází z indikátorů, jako jsou dostupnost, kapacita, integrace dopravních systémů a ekologická udržitelnost. Komparativní analýza zahraničních měst, jako jsou Ottawa, Singapur a Kodaň, přináší inspirativní příklady a strategie, které zahrnují modernizaci veřejné dopravy, zlepšení propojení mezi druhy dopravy, podporu udržitelné mobility a implementaci inteligentních dopravních systémů. Na základě těchto poznatků jsou navržena opatření, která mohou přispět k efektivnějšímu a udržitelnému dopravnímu systému v Praze. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor’s thesis addresses the current transport issues in the capital city of Prague and explores potential solutions. Key challenges include traffic congestion, limited connectivity between different modes of transport, insufficient parking capacity, and negative environmental impacts. The research includes the use of a questionnaire survey focused on the experiences and preferences of selected respondents from Prague in the field of transport. The evaluation of the transport system’s efficiency is based on indicators such as accessibility, capacity, integration of transport systems, and environmental sustainability. A comparative analysis of international cities, including Ottawa, Singapore, and Copenhagen, provides inspiring examples and strategies that encompass the modernisation of public transport, improved connectivity between transport modes, support for sustainable mobility, and the implementation of intelligent transport systems. Based on these findings, measures are proposed that can contribute to a more efficient and sustainable transport system in Prague. |
