| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce zpracovává téma transformace výsledku hospodaření na základ daně právnických osob. V první části se práce zabývá možnými úpravami základu daně, zejména rezervami, opravnými položkami a rozdíly mezi účetními a daňovými odpisy. Znázorněn je rozdíl mezi pojetím nákladů z pohledu Zákona o účetnictví a Zákona o dani z příjmů. V druhé části práce je zpracován postup stanovení základu daně z výsledku hospodaření u fiktivní obchodní korporace. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis deals with the conversion of the economic result to the tax base of legal entities. The first part of the thesis deals with possible adjustments to the tax base, in particular provisions, allowances and differences between accounting and tax depreciation. The difference between the concept of expenses from the perspective of the Accounting Act and the Income Tax Act is illustrated. In the second part of the thesis, the procedure for determining the tax base from the economic result of a fictitious business corporation is developed. |
