| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá aplikací business intelligence řešení v prostředí centra sdílených služeb. Spojuje několik různých zdrojů dat v podniku do uceleného datového modelu. Součástí tohoto řešení je i alokace nákladů na předmět kalkulace pomocí člověkohodin a následná prezentace informací v dynamickém dashboardu vytvořeném v nástroji PowerBI v podobě manažerské výsledovky na úrovni zákazník – produkt a grafických vizuálů, obsahujících klíčové informace pro management. |

| Abstract: | This diploma thesis deals with the application of business intelligence solutions in a shared services center environment. It connects several different data sources in the company into a comprehensive data model. This solution also includes the allocation of costs to the calculation subject using man-hours and the subsequent presentation of information in a dynamic dashboard created in the PowerBI tool in the form of a management profit and loss statement at the customer - product level and graphic visuals containing key information for management. |
