| Abstract: | Cílem této práce bylo provést komplexní finanční analýzu společnosti ZÁRUBA FOOD a.s. za období 2019–2023. Tato společnost se specializuje na výrobu a prodej majonéz, tatarských omáček a dresinků. Úvod práce zahrnuje důvody pro výběr této společnosti k finanční analýze. Následně je představena společnost, její odvětví a konkurenci. Dále je práce zaměřena na podstatu a důležitost finanční analýzy, její uživatele, zdroje dat a metody, které jsou při analýze využívány. V dalších kapitolách je popsána teorie horizontální a vertikální analýzy, klíčové finanční poměrové ukazatele a modely predikce finanční tísně. Každá kapitola teorie je doplněna praktickým případem společnosti ZÁRUBA FOOD a.s. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this work was to perform a comprehensive financial analysis of the company ZÁRUBA FOOD a.s. for the period 2019–2023. This company specializes in the production and sale of mayonnaise, tatar sauces and dressings. The introduction of the thesis includes the reasons for selecting this company for financial analysis. Subsequently, the company, its industry and competitors are introduced. Next, the thesis focuses on the nature and importance of financial analysis, its users, data sources and methods used in the analysis. In the following chapters, the theory of horizontal and vertical analysis, key financial ratios and financial distress prediction model are described. Each chapter of the theory is complemented by a practical case of the company ZÁRUBA FOOD a.s. |
