| Abstract: | V dnešní době jsou informace stále důležitějšími pro fungování podniků. K efektivnímu využívání dat je možné použít různá řešení IS/IT, jedním z nich jsou i podnikové portály, kterých se tato práce týká. Popisuje jejich rozdělení a prvky a upozorňuje na jejich výhody a nevýhody. V další části práce je popsán postup výběru, návrhu struktury částí webu a uživatelských oprávnění, implementace a školení uživatelů podnikového portálu ve společnosti NH Group, tedy v malém nevýrobním podniku, za využití MS Windows SharePoint Services 3.0. V závěru je provedeno zhodnocení zavádění portálu a návrh postupů pro zavádění MS SharePoint, které by bylo možné použít i jinde v podobném prostředí. |

| Abstract: | Today, information is increasingly important for the functioning of enterprises. For the effective use of data it is possible to use different solutions IS / IT, one of them being corporate portal, the topic of this thesis. It describes the types and the elements and points out their advantages and disadvantages. In other parts of the thesis the selection, design of web sites structure and user authorization is described. Implementation and training for corporate portal users in a small company NH Group with use of MS Windows SharePoint Services 3.0 is also described. In the concluding chapter an evaluation of the project is presented and the draft procedures for MS SharePoint implementation which could be used in a similar environment are assessed. |
