| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje analýze finanční situace společnosti Accenture Services, s.r.o., za období let 2018 až 2023. Pro analýzu byly použity ukazatele zaměřené na rentabilitu, likviditu, aktivitu a zadluženost. Součástí práce je rovněž SWOT analýza a návrh finančního plánu výkazu zisku a ztráty na příští rok, zpracovaný ve třech variantách (optimistické, neutrální a pesimistické). Výsledky analýzy byly srovnány s dalšími interními servisními centry obdobného charakteru. Data pro analýzu byla získána z veřejně dostupných účetních dokumentů a výročních zpráv. Práce obsahuje doporučení zaměřená na optimalizaci nákladů, zvýšení efektivity a podporu ziskovosti společnosti. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor's thesis focuses on the analysis of the financial situation of Accenture Services, s.r.o., for the period from 2018 to 2023. The analysis employs indicators focused on profitability, liquidity, activity, and indebtedness. The thesis also includes a SWOT analysis and a proposed financial plan for the income statement for the next year, prepared in three scenarios (optimistic, neutral, and pessimistic). The results of the analysis were compared with other internal service centers of a similar nature. The data for the analysis were obtained from publicly available financial statements and annual reports. The thesis provides recommendations aimed at cost optimization, improving efficiency, and supporting the company’s profitability. |
