| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na využití umělé inteligence v pojišťovnictví. Analyzuje, jaké technologie AI v současnosti pojišťovny používají, a navrhuje, kde by bylo možné se na další vývoj zaměřit. Práce se skládá z textové části a příloh. Textová část je rozdělena do 3 hlavních kapitol. První kapitola se zabývá teoretickým hlediskem umělé inteligence. Druhá část je zaměřena na pojistný trh v současné době. Třetí kapitola obsahuje analýzu toho, jak pojišťovny umělou inteligenci implementují do svých procesů, a jakými směry by se mohli ještě zaobírat v závislosti na AI. |

| Abstract: | This thesis focuses on the use of artificial intelligence in the insurance industry. It analyses what AI technologies are currently used by insurance companies and suggests where further developments could be focused. The work consists of a text section and appendices. The text part is divided into 3 main chapters. The first chapter deals with the theoretical aspect of artificial intelligence. The second section focuses on the insurance market today. The third chapter contains an analysis of how insurance companies are implementing artificial intelligence in their processes and what directions they could still take depending on AI. |
