| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá řešením důsledků pracovních úrazů a nemocí z povolání v České republice. Tímto řešením je v současné době zákonné pojištění odpovědnosti zaměstnavatele. Cílem této diplomové práce je nastínit nedostatky tohoto systému pojištění a navržení možných řešení tohoto problému. V teoretické části je popsána problematika pracovních úrazů a nemocí z povolání a zákonného pojištění. Praktická část se zaměřuje na analýzu systémů řešení pracovních úrazů a nemocí z povolání ve vybraných zemích OECD, navrhnutí možných řešení změny systému v České republice a shrnutí aktuálního dění okolo zákonného pojištění. |

| Abstract: | This diploma thesis deals with the solution of the consequences of work related accidents and occupational diseases in the Czech Republic. This solution is currently statutory employer's liability insurance. The aim of this diploma thesis is to outline the shortcomings of this insurance system and propose possible solutions to this problem. The theoretical part describes the issues of work related accidents and occupational diseases and statutory insurance. The practical part focuses on the analysis of systems for solving occupational accidents and diseases in selected OECD countries, proposing possible solutions for changing the system in the Czech Republic and summarizing current developments surrounding statutory insurance. |
