| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá tématem interní komunikace v prostředí logistické firmy. Cílem práce je analýza a hodnocení interní komunikace v HOPI Logistics a navržení doporučení pro možná zlepšení. Analýza komunikace je provedena na základě polostrukturovaných a strukturovaných rozhovorů s vedením HR a dopravy, sekundárních dat z průzkumu zaměstnanecké spokojenosti a vlastního kvantitativního šetření mezi zaměstnanci. Využito je také srovnání výsledků společnosti s benchmarkem. Analýza ukazuje, že zatímco některé aspekty komunikace, jako je srozumitelnost a včasnost, jsou hodnoceny pozitivně, práce se zpětnou vazbou vykazuje prostor pro zlepšení. Další zjištění z analýzy jsou zpracována v tabulce silných a slabých stránek současného nastavení komunikace, na jejichž základě jsou navrženy kroky pro jeho zlepšení. Doporučení zahrnují definici strategie interní komunikace, stanovení klíčových ukazatelů výkonnosti, rozšíření funkcionalit interní aplikace HIP, sběr zpětné vazby a transparentní komunikace realizovaných změn či kroky pro optimalizaci spolupráce skladu a dopravy. |

| Abstract: | The thesis deals with the topic of internal communication in the environment of a logistics company. The aim of the thesis is to analyze and evaluate internal communication in HOPI Logistics and to propose recommendations for possible improvements. The communication analysis is based on semi-structured and structured interviews with HR and transport management, secondary data from an employee satisfaction survey and own quantitative employee survey. A comparison of the company's results with the benchmark is also utilized. The analysis shows that while some aspects of communication, such as clarity and timeliness, are rated positively, the feedback work shows room for improvement. Further findings of the analysis are compiled in a table of strengths and weaknesses of the current communication set-up, based on which steps for improvement are suggested. Recommendations include defining an internal communication strategy, establishing key performance indicators, extending the functionalities of the internal HIP application, feedback collection and transparent communication of implemented changes or steps to optimise warehouse and transport cooperation. |
