| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na sestavení manažerských výsledovek pro jednotlivá střediska vybrané společnosti. Práce je strukturována do teoretické a praktické části. V teoretické části je rozebrána problematika členění nákladů a výnosů. V práci jsou představeny různé metody měření zisku a druhy manažerských výsledovek. Praktická část je zaměřena na představení analyzované společnosti a na stávající podobu manažerských výsledovek. Dále jsou popsány a rozděleny nákladové a výnosové položky společnosti. Závěrem je navržen nový model manažerských výsledovek. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis focuses on the compilation of management scorecards for individual centres of the selected company. The thesis is structured into theoretical and practical parts. In the theoretical part the problem of cost and revenue breakdown is discussed. Different methods of profit measurement and types of management income statements are presented. The practical part is focused on the introduction of the analyzed company and the current form of management profit and loss statements. Furthermore, the cost and income items of the company are described and classified. Finally, a new model of management income statements is proposed. |
