| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá oceněním společnosti ČEZ a.s., největší energetické firmy v České republice. Hlavním cílem této diplomové práce je stanovení tržní hodnoty společnosti k 31.12. 2022. Součástí práce je strategická a finanční analýza, generátory hodnoty, finanční plán a samotné ocenění podniku. Pro ocenění byla vybrána výnosová metoda DCF Entity s využitím parametrického vzorce. Jako alternativní metoda byla zvolena metoda tržního porovnání, přesněji metoda odvětvových multiplikátorů. |

| Abstract: | This diploma thesis examines the valuation of ČEZ a.s., the largest energy company in the Czech Republic. The main objective of this diploma thesis is to determine the market value of the company as of December 31, 2022. This thesis includes a strategic and financial analysis, value generators, a financial plan and the valuation of the company itself. The DCF Entity income method using a parametric formula was selected for the valuation. The market comparison method, more precisely the industry multiplier method, was chosen as an alternative method. |
