Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou hospodaření Střediska Most, které je součástí neziskové organizace Diakonie Českobratrské církve evangelické (Diakonie ČCE), za období let 2019-2023. Cílem práce je identifikovat strukturu finančních zdrojů, analyzovat majetkovou a kapitálovou strukturu a zhodnotit efektivitu řízení výnosů a nákladů. Práce dále identifikuje snahu o diverzifikaci zdrojů financování prostřednictvím příjmů z vlastní činnosti a darů. Na základě výsledků jsou navržena doporučení pro zlepšení finanční stability Střediska. |

| Abstract: |
This bachelor thesis focuses on economic analysis of the Most Centre, which is part of non-profit organization Diakonie Českobratrské církve evangelické (Diakonie ČCE), during the time period of 2019-2023. The main goal of the thesis is to identify the structure of financial resources, analyse the property and capital structure, and evaluate the effectivity of revenues and costs management. The thesis also examines efforts to diversify resources related to donations and income from the organization´s own economic activities. Using results of the previous steps, recommendations are made for an improvement of the organization´s financial stability. |
