Bakalářská práce se zabývá vývojem IT profesí a dopadem technologických inovací, zejména umělé inteligence a automatizace, na trh práce. Práce analyzuje současné trendy v IT, mezi které patří digitalizace, kybernetická bezpečnost, strojové učení a práce s velkými daty. Zaměřuje se na nové a budoucí profese v IT a požadavky na znalosti a dovednosti, které budou v tomto odvětví klíčové. Součástí práce je také průzkum mezi respondenty, který se zaměřuje na vnímání automatizace a digitalizace, jejich vliv na profesní rozvoj a požadavky na kvalifikaci pracovníků. |
