| Abstract: | Tato práce se zabývá strategickou analýzou společnosti CPI Energo. V teoretické části jsou podrobně rozebrány klíčové koncepty, jako je formulace mise, vize a stanovení strategických cílů, a jsou představeny metodické přístupy a analytické nástroje, například PESTLE analýza, Porterův model pěti sil a VRIO analýza. V praktické části jsou teoretické poznatky aplikovány na společnost CPI Energo vypracováním analýzy externího a interního prostředí, dále finanční a SWOT analýzy a analýzy rizik. V závěrečné části práce jsou navrhnuta doporučení na optimalizaci kapitálové struktury, využití příležitosti prostřednictvím evropských programů, které mohou financovat modernizační projekty a dále investovat do interní distribuční soustavy, která posílí konkurenceschopnost společnosti. |

| Abstract: | This thesis focuses on the strategic analysis of CPI Energo. The theoretical part examines key concepts in detail, such as the formulation of mission, vision, and the setting of strategic objectives, and introduces methodological approaches and analytical tools, including PESTLE analysis, Porter’s Five Forces model, and VRIO analysis. In the practical part, these theoretical insights are applied to CPI Energo through an analysis of both the external and internal environment, as well as through financial, SWOT, and risk analyses. The final part of the thesis presents recommendations for optimizing the capital structure, leveraging opportunities through European programs that can finance modernization projects, and further investing in the internal distribution system to enhance the company’s competitiveness. |
