Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na analýzu dopadů Průmyslu 4.0 na pracovní trh v České republice v letech 2006 až 2022. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části, prostřednictvím literární rešerše, jsou popsány historické průmyslové revoluce, koncept Průmyslu 4.0 a aplikace teorie ekonomického vývoje podle Josefa Aloise Schumpetera. Praktická část se zabývá analýzou dat o inovačních aktivitách podniků a jejich vztahem k zaměstnanosti, přičemž hlavní metodou je datová analýza s využitím korelačního koeficientu. Výsledky této analýzy ukazují pozitivní vztah mezi inovačními aktivitami a zaměstnaností. |

| Abstract: |
This bachelor’s thesis focuses on analyzing the impact of Industry 4.0 on the labor market in the Czech Republic from 2006 to 2022. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical section, through a literature review, describes the historical industrial revolutions, the concept of Industry 4.0, and the application of Josef Alois Schumpeter’s economic development theory. The practical part analyzes data on business innovation activity and its relationship to employment, primarily using data analysis methods involving correlation coefficients. The results of this analysis demonstrate a positive relationship between innovation activities and employment. |
