Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou nákupního procesu v prostředí nadnárodní společnosti. Cílem práce je identifikovat klíčové prvky a specifika nákupního procesu v rámci mezinárodního korporátního prostředí a zhodnotit efektivitu aktuálně používaných postupů. Práce je rozdělena do teoretické a praktické části. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na obecné principy nákupního procesu, řízení dodavatelského řetězce a vlivy globalizace na nákupní strategii. Praktická část analyzuje konkrétní nákupní model vybrané nadnárodní společnosti, včetně organizační struktury nákupního oddělení, procesu výběru dodavatelů, vyjednávání smluv a řízení rizik. Výsledky práce mohou sloužit jako podklad pro strategické rozhodování v oblasti mezinárodního nákupu. |

This bachelor thesis focuses on the analysis of the purchasing process within a multinational corporation. The main objective is to identify key elements and specific characteristics of the purchasing process in an international corporate environment and to evaluate the effectiveness of current procedures. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part outlines the general principles of the purchasing process, supply chain management, and the impact of globalization on purchasing strategy. The practical part analyzes the specific purchasing model of a selected multinational company, including the organizational structure of the procurement department, supplier selection process, contract negotiation, and risk management. The results of the thesis can serve as a basis for strategic decision-making in the field of international procurement. |
