| Abstract: |
Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na analýzu hospodaření Sdružení hasičů Čech, Moravy a Slezska v letech 2019-2023 a hodnotí vývoj jeho hospodářské situace. Teoretická část se věnuje neziskovým organizacím, účetnímu systému neziskového sektoru, financování a právním aspektům spolků. Praktická část je zaměřena na analýzu rozvahy a výkazu zisku a ztráty, přičemž zohledňuje vnitřní i vnější faktory ovlivňující jeho hospodaření. Výsledky analýzy ukazují, že organizace hospodaří efektivně, avšak existují oblasti pro zlepšení, zejména ve využití volných finančních prostředků a diverzifikaci příjmů. Na základě zjištění jsou navržena doporučení, která by mohla přispět k dlouhodobé udržitelnosti a finanční stabilitě spolku. |

| Abstract: |
The bachelor’s thesis focuses on the analysis of the financial management of the Sdružení hasičů Čech, Moravy a Slezska in the years 2019-2023 and evaluates the development of its economic situation. The theoretical part deals with non-profit organization, the accounting system of the non-profit sector, financing, and the legal aspects of associations. The practical part is focused on the analysis of the balance sheet and the profit and loss statement, considering internal and external factors affecting its financial management. The results of the analysis show that the organization manages its finances efficiently; however, there are areas for improvement, particularly in the utilization of available financial resources and income diversification. Based on the findings, recommendations are proposed that could contribute to the long-term sustainability and financial stability of the association. |
