E-learning se stává stále běžnějším nástrojem školení v nadnárodních společnostech. Využíván je nejen ve vzdělávacích institucích, ale také v podnicích pro vzdělávání a rozvoj zaměstnanců. Cílem této bakalářské práce je zkoumat význam e-learningu a analyzovat jeho roli v současném podnikatelském prostředí. Práce obsahuje jasně definovaný teoretický rámec zaměřený na e-learning, přičemž další část se zaměřuje na výhody a nevýhody tohoto nástroje. Diskutovány jsou různé silné stránky e-learningu a jeho přínosy pro organizace. Na základě provedených analýz práce poskytuje komplexní pohled na význam e-learningu a jeho celkové přínosy. Cílem práce je především zdůraznit pozitivní aspekty e-learningu. |

E-learning is becoming an increasingly common training tool in multinational companies. It is used not only in educational institutions but also in businesses for the training and development of employees. The aim of this bachelor’s thesis is to examine the importance of e-learning and analyze its role in the current business environment. The thesis includes a clearly defined theoretical framework focused on e-learning, while another section addresses the advantages and disadvantages of this tool. Various strengths of e-learning and its benefits for organizations are discussed. Based on the analyses conducted, the thesis provides a comprehensive view of the importance of e-learning and its overall benefits. The primary goal of the thesis is to highlight the positive aspects of e-learning. |
