Práce se zabývá specifiky řízení IT projektů s důrazem na využití hybridních metodik v procesu designu. Cílem práce je identifikovat klíčové faktory, které ovlivňují úspěšnost IT projektů řízených hybridními metodikami z pohledu designu. Práce vychází z kvalitativního výzkumu, který zahrnuje polo-strukturované rozhovory s projektovými manažery a dalšími klíčovými aktéry z IT sektoru. Získaná data jsou analyzována pomocí metody tematické analýzy, která umožňuje odhalení opakujících se témat a identifikaci faktorů přispívajících k úspěchu hybridních projektů. Výsledky výzkumu přinášejí vhled do vlivu hybridních metodik na proces designu a nabízejí praktická doporučení pro zlepšení řízení IT projektů, včetně optimalizace procesů a efektivnějšího řízení stakeholderů. Závěry práce mohou být využity k efektivnějšímu plánování vývoje IT projektů a zvýšení jejich úspěšnosti v dynamickém prostředí IT. |

The thesis deals with the specifics of IT project management with an emphasis on the use of hybrid methodologies in the design process. The aim of the thesis is to identify the key factors that influence the success of IT projects managed by hybrid methodologies from a design perspective. The thesis is based on qualitative research that includes semi-structured interviews with project managers and other key stakeholders in the IT sector. The data collected is analysed using a thematic analysis method to uncover recurring themes and identify factors contributing to the success of hybrid projects. The research results provide insights into the impact of hybrid methodologies on the design process and offer practical recommendations for improving IT project management, including process optimization and more effective stakeholder management. The findings of the thesis can be used to plan IT project development more effectively and increase project success in a dynamic IT environment. |
