Tato diplomová práce se zabývá vybranými právními aspekty importu zboží z Čínské lidové republiky do Evropské unie, konkrétně na příkladu monohydrátu kyseliny citronové. Práce je zpracována formou případové studie modelové obchodní společnosti se sídlem v České republice a klade důraz na celní a daňové povinnosti při dovozu zboží do Španělska. Srovnávány jsou tři hlavní varianty importu – přes Českou republiku, Španělsko a Nizozemsko – s cílem identifikovat nejefektivnější řešení podle objemu zakázky. Výsledky jsou doplněny o nákladové srovnání a doporučení pro praxi. Práce vychází z platného právního stavu k 30. 3. 2025. |

| Abstract: |
This thesis focuses on selected legal aspects of importing goods from the People's Republic of China into the European Union, using the example of citric acid monohydrate. The paper is written as a case study of a model trading company based in the Czech Republic, with a particular focus on customs and VAT obligations when importing into Spain. Three main import routes – via the Czech Republic, Spain, and the Netherlands – are compared in order to identify the most efficient option depending on the shipment volume. The analysis includes cost comparisons and practical recommendations. The legal framework is based on the state of law as of March 30, 2025. |
