Tato práce se zabývá vlivem ruského dopingového skandálu na změny v anti-dopingovém systému v mezinárodních sportovních vztazích. Zaměřuje se na normativní změny, které proběhly vně vybraných sportovních organizací – Světová anti-dopingová agentura (WADA) a Světová atletika (WA). Sledovanými oblastmi jsou zejména revize Anti-dopingového kodexu (WADA) a protikorupční reformy (WA). Dále je v rámci anti-dopingového systému analyzován vliv ruské sportovní anti-diplomacie na vztah WADA a WA s jejich ruskými národními afiliacemi (RUSADA, RusAF). |

This thesis examines the impact of the Russian doping scandal on changes in the anti-doping system in international sport relations. It focuses on the normative changes that have taken place within the selected sports organisations – the World Anti-doping Agency (WADA) and World Athletics (WA). In particular, the areas under study are the revision of the World Anti-Doping Code (WADA) and the anti-corruption reforms (WA). Furthermore, the thesis analyses the influence of the Russian anti-diplomacy on the relationships of WADA and WA with their Russian national affiliates (RUSADA, RusAF). |
