| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá propojením agroturismu, konkrétně ekofarem, a environmentálního vzdělávání dětí na základních školách. Cílem bylo zjistit, zda a jak lze vzdělávací potenciál ekofarem využít pro výuku o udržitelnosti, přírodě a ochraně životního prostředí. V teoretické části je představena problematika environmentálního vzdělávání, související strategické dokumenty a současné trendy agroturismu včetně zahraničních inspirací. Výzkumná část pracuje s dotazníkovým šetřením mezi dětmi a analýzou jejich zájmu o ekologická témata. Kvalitativní výzkumná část zahrnuje polostrukturované rozhovory se všemi aktéry podle rámce Quadruple Helix. Výsledky ukazují vysoký zájem dětí, ale nízkou míru praktických zkušeností. Práce nabízí konkrétní doporučení na prohloubení spolupráce mezi školami a ekofarmami a na zapojení těchto zařízení do formální výuky jako prostředku k podpoře udržitelného rozvoje. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor’s thesis focuses on the connection between agritourism, specifically eco-farms, and environmental education for primary school children. The aim was to explore whether and how the educational potential of eco-farms can be harnessed to teach topics related to sustainability, nature, and environmental protection. The theoretical part presents the concept of environmental education, relevant strategic documents, and current trends in agritourism, including international inspirations. The research section is based on a questionnaire survey conducted among children and analyses their interest in environmental topics. The qualitative part includes semi-structured interviews with all key actors, following the Quadruple Helix framework. The findings reveal a high level of interest among children but a low degree of practical experience. The thesis provides concrete recommendations to strengthen cooperation between schools and eco-farms and to integrate these facilities into formal education to promote sustainable development. |
