Bakalářská práce se zabývá způsobem a zhodnocením vzdělávání pracovníků v nejmenované strukturální firmě. Cílem práce je zhodnotit efektivitu vzdělávání pracovníků a zhodnotit Trainee program jako vzdělávací nástroj k zaškolení nových spolupracovníků. Teoretická část je zaměřena na metody vzdělávání ve firmách a vliv vzdělávání na konkurenceschopnost firem. Další část definuje specifika strukturální firmy a průběh Trainee programu v nejmenované strukturální firmě. Poslední část práce je soustředěna na výzkum mezi pracovníky firmy, který byl prováděn pomocí dotazníkového šetření. Na základě výzkumu byly pro firmu sepsány možné návrhy a doporučení na zlepšení Trainee programu. |

| Abstract: |
The bachelor thesis deals with the method and evaluation of employee training in an unnamed structural company. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the effectiveness of employee education and evaluate the Trainee program as an educational tool for training new employees. The theoretical part focuses on education methods in companies and the impact of education on the competitiveness of companies. The next part defines the specifics of a structural company and the course of the Trainee program in an unnamed structural company. The last part of the thesis focuses on research among the company's employees, which was carried out using a questionnaire survey. Based on the research, possible suggestions and recommendations for improving the Trainee program were written for the company. |
