Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje problematice udržitelnosti a problémům při implementaci ESG do firemní praxe. Udržitelnost je dnes velice aktuální téma s globálním významem. Práce se skládá z teoretické a praktické části. V teoretické části je věnována pozornost konceptu a vývoji ESG a výrobě oceli, evropské legislativě, dopadům na ocelářství a Třinecké železárny a problematice zeleného vodíku v ČR. Praktická část práce se zabývá procesem a problémům při zavádění ESG regulací do firmy. Součástí je i vyhodnocení dotazníku malé části zaměstnanců Třineckých železáren a jejich vnímání dopadů na podnik. Cílem této bakalářské práce je zhodnocení dopadů ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) standardů na energeticky náročné odvětví, s důrazem na ocelářský průmysl s příkladem Třineckých železáren a.s. |

| Abstract: |
This bachelor thesis focuses on sustainability issues and problems in implementing ESG in corporate practice. Sustainability is a very topical issue with global significance nowadays. The thesis consists of a theoretical and a practical part. In the theoretical part, attention is paid to the concept and development of ESG and steel production, European legislation, impacts on the steel industry and Třinecké železárny, and the issue of green hydrogen in the Czech Republic. The practical part of the thesis deals with the process and problems of introducing ESG regulations into a company. It also includes the evaluation of a questionnaire of a small part of the employees of Třinec Železárny and their perception of the impact on the company. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to evaluate the impact of ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) standards on energy-intensive industries, with emphasis on the steel industry with the example of Třinecké železárny a.s. |
