Novela zákoníku práce (zákon č. 281/2023 Sb.) platná od září 2023 přinesla řadu významných změn v oblasti dohod o pracích konaných mimo pracovní poměr. Toto téma je velice aktuální, jelikož dohody o provedení práce představují v České republice významný nástroj pro flexibilní zaměstnávání. Cílem této bakalářské práce je zjistit, jaké změny přinesla novela (zákon č. 281/2023 Sb.) zákoníku práce (zákon č. 262/2006 Sb.) pro dohody o pracích konaných mimo pracovní poměr (dohody o provedení práce a dohody o pracovní činnosti) a jaký praktický dopad mají tyto změny na zaměstnance a zaměstnavatele v České republice. |

The amendment to the Labour Code, effective from September 2023, has brought a number of significant changes in the area of agreements on work performed outside the employment relationship. This topic is very relevant, as agreements for work outside the employment relationship represent an important tool for flexible employment in the Czech Republic. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to determine what changes the amendment (Act No. 281/2023 Coll.) to the Labour Code (Act No. 262/2006 Coll.) has brought to Agreements on Work Performed Outside the Employment Relationship (Agreements on Work Performance and Agreements on Work Activity) and what practical impact these changes have on employees and employers in the Czech Republic. |
