Bakalářská práce se zabývá vztahem mezi slováckým folklorem a turismem, přičemž zkoumá jejich vzájemné ovlivňování a dopady na místní komunitu. Slovácký folklor představuje v regionu Slovácko důležitý prvek kulturní a regionální identity a zároveň hraje významnou roli v propagaci destinace. Cílem práce je zjistit, jak slovácký folklor ovlivňuje turismus v regionu a zda slovácký folklor je turismem ovlivněn a jak tento vztah působí na místní komunitu. Práce se zaměřuje na roli slováckého folkloru ve vazbě na organizaci destinačního managementu Slovácko a její strategii „Turistická oblast Slovácko: Koncepce rozvoje cestovního ruchu 2030“ zejména v oblasti propagace destinace a v kontextu udržitelného rozvoje turismu. Výzkum vychází z dotazníkového šetření mezi rezidenty a turisty a z polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s turisty a identifikovanými klíčovými aktéry. Součástí práce je také analýza strategických a odborných dokumentů. Závěrem jsou navržena doporučení, jak slovácký folklor efektivněji zapojit do rozvoje destinace a posílit jeho přínos pro místní komunitu. |

| Abstract: |
The bachelor's thesis deals with the relationship between the folklore of Moravian Slovakia and tourism, examining their mutual influence and impacts on the local community. Folklore of Moravian Slovakia represents an essential element of cultural and regional identity in the Moravian Slovakia region and, at the same time, plays a significant role in promoting the destination. The thesis aims to determine how folklore of Moravian Slovakia influences tourism in the region, whether folklore of Moravian Slovakia is influenced by tourism, and how this relationship affects the local community. The thesis focuses on the role of the folklore of Moravian Slovakia in relation to the Slovácko destination management organization and its strategy "Slovácko Tourist Region: Tourism Development Concept 2030", especially in promoting the destination and in the context of sustainable tourism development. The research is based on a questionnaire survey among residents and tourists, semi-structured interviews with tourists, and identified key actors. The thesis also includes an analysis of strategic and professional documents. The thesis concludes with recommendations on how to more effectively involve the folklore of Moravian Slovakia in the development of the destination and strengthen its benefits for the local community. |
