| Abstract: | Hlavním cílem práce je analyzovat akcii Komerční banky, a.s. pomocí metod fundamentální analýzy. Práce popisuje vlivy globálních, odvětvových a firemních faktorů, které ovlivňují vnitřní hodnotu akcie. V rámci globální analýzy práce popisuje základní příčiny současné finanční krize. Pomocí vybraných modelů fundamentální analýzy je odhadnuta vnitřní hodnota akcie a na základě jejího srovnání s tržní cenou je provedeno investiční doporučení. |

| Abstract: | The main purpose of this thesis is to analyze Komerční banka's stock with fundamental analysis methods. It describes the influence of global, industrial and business factors that determine the stock's intrinsic value. Within the global analysis part it describes the basic causes of the current financial crisis. Using selected models of fundamental analysis the intrinsic value is estimated and compared with the market price which leads to the final investment recommedation. |
