Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá vlivem migračních toků na podobu dánského welfare state. Cílem je analyzovat, zda a jak migrační vlny ovlivnily vývoj a fungování dánského sociálního modelu, především prostřednictvím legislativních a politických opatření přijatých v reakci na migraci. Práce zkoumá, jakým způsobem byly jednotlivé prvky welfare state – zejména přístup k sociálním dávkám, vzdělání, zdravotnictví a trhu práce upravovány s cílem chránit udržitelnost systému. Výsledky analýzy potvrzují, že Dánsko zavádí přísnější pravidla pro nárok na benefity a klade důraz na aktivní zapojení migrantů do společnosti, především prostřednictvím trhu práce. Práce přispívá k hlubšímu pochopení vztahu mezi migrací a sociálními politikami, a to nejen v dánském kontextu, ale i v rámci širšího evropského diskurzu. |

| Abstract: |
This bachelor’s thesis explores the impact of migration flows on structure of the Danish welfare state. The aim is to analyze whether and how migration waves have influenced the development and functioning of the Danish social model, mainly through legislative and policy measures adopted in response to migration. The thesis examines how different elements of the welfare state – especially access to welfare benefits, education, healthcare and the labour market have been adjusted in order to protect the sustainability of the system. The results of the analysis confirm that Denmark has introduced stricter rules for social benefits and has emphasised the active participation of migrants in society, primarily through the labour market. The paper contributes to a deeper understanding of the relationship between migration and social policies, not only in the Danish context but also within the broader European discourse. |
