Bakalářská práce se zabývá hodnocením funkčnosti zavedených integračních politik ve Francii se zaměřením na tři klíčové oblasti: integraci na trhu práce, přístupu k bydlení a jazykovou integraci. Vyhodnocuje tak efektivitu politik a nástrojů, které si kladou za cíl imigrantům usnadnit proces začlenění do francouzské společnosti. Teoretická část přibližuje kontext migrace a integračních politik, a také se zaměřuje na specifika migrující populace do Francie. Praktická část následně vyhodnocuje samotné integrační politiky, tedy do jaké míry skutečně přispívají k procesu začlenění imigrantů a zda jsou nastavená opatření dostatečná pro dlouhodobou a udržitelnou integraci. |

This bachelor’s thesis focuses on evaluating the effectiveness of established integration policies in France, with emphasis on three key areas: labour market integration, access to housing, and language acquisition. It assesses the extent to which these policies and tools facilitate the integration process of immigrants into French society. The theoretical part outlines the broader context of migration and integration policies, with a focus on the specific characteristics of the migrant population in France. The practical part evaluates the integration measures themselves, evaluating how effectively they contribute to the inclusion of immigrants and whether they are sufficiently designed to support long-term and sustainable integration. |
