| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na možnosti automatizace procesu výběru dodavatele informačního systému (IS) v reálné konzultační společnosti. Cílem práce je provést studii proveditelnosti využití nástrojů umělé inteligence (AI) a následně navrhnout a prakticky otestovat konkrétní AI řešení. V rámci naplnění tohoto cíle bylo stanoveno několik dílčích podcílů: analyzovat stávající proces výběru dodavatele ve společnosti, identifikovat činnosti vhodné pro automatizaci AI, provést analýzu trhu s dostupnými AI nástroji, navrhnout a vybrat nejvhodnější řešení, připravit návrh jeho implementace a následně toto řešení také otestovat v praxi. Práce je rozdělena do dvou hlavních částí: v první části je analyzována aktuální situace a zhodnocen potenciál automatizace na základě konzultací s odborníky a provedené rešerše; druhá část se věnuje návrhu a testování vlastního AI řešení, které podporuje rozhodovací proces ve vybraných fázích výběrového řízení. Sestavené řešení je testováno nejen v rámci vybrané společnosti, ale i v odlišném firemním prostředí s cílem zajistit univerzálnost funkčnosti AI řešení ve výběrových řízeních dodavatelů a IS. |

| Abstract: | This master thesis focuses on the automation of the vendor and information system (IS) selection process within a real consulting company, using artificial intelligence (AI) tools. The main goal of the thesis is to conduct a feasibility study on the use of AI and to subsequently design and test a specific AI-based solution. To fulfill this goal, several sub-goals have been defined: to analyze the current selection process within the company, identify activities suitable for AI automatization, analyze the market of relevant AI tools, propose and select an appropriate solution, develop an implementation plan, and finally test the selected solution in practice. The thesis is divided into two main parts. The first part focuses on analysis and theoretical grounding, including consultations with experts and a review of relevant sources. The second part is dedicated to the design and development of custom AI solution that supports users in key phases of the selection process. The proposed solution is tested not only within the author’s company but also in cooperation with another organization, in order to verify its generalizability and applicability across different vendor and IS selection processes. |
