Cílem diplomové práce je sestavení komplexního podnikatelského plánu nového bezkontaktního ubytovacího zařízení v Praze. Teoretická část práce popisuje obecné podmínky pro podnikání v ubytovacích službách, specifika trhu, nutnou legislativu pro tento obor, klasifikační kritéria Hotelstars, analýzu trhu a analýzu přímé i nepřímé konkurence. V této části práce bude současně představen i bezkontaktní přístup k provozu ubytovacího zařízení a jeho klady a zápory pro provozovatele. Praktická část práce se věnuje rozpočtovému plánu pro konkrétní zařízení a zhotovení časové osy s jednotlivými do detailu popsanými kroky, od vzniku právnické osoby až po otevření zařízení prvním klientům. Součástí praktické části je finanční plán obsahující dobu návratnosti investice a výnosnost investice pro 3 varianty vývoje, pesimistickou, realistickou a optimistickou. K naplnění cílů jsou využity metody rešerše literatury, analýza, komparace a průzkum, které jsou využity na základě zpracování sekundárních dat. K sestavení analýz je využit kvantitativní výzkum, analýza číselných dat. |

| Abstract: |
The aim of the diploma thesis is to compile a comprehensive business plan for a new contactless accommodation facility in Prague. The theoretical part of the work describes general conditions for doing business in accommodation services, market specifics, necessary legislation for this field, Hotelstars classification criteria, market analysis and analysis of direct and indirect competition. In this part of the work, contactless access to the operation of the accommodation facility and its pros and cons for the operator will also be presented. The practical part of the work is devoted to the budget plan for a specific facility and the creation of a timeline with individual steps described in detail, from the creation of a legal entity to the opening of the facility to the first clients. Part of the practical part is a financial plan containing the investment payback period and investment profitability for 3 variants of development, pessimistic, realistic and optimistic. To fulfill the objectives, the methods of literature search, analysis, comparison and research are used, which are used based on the processing of secondary data. Quantitative research, numerical data analysis is used to compile analyses. |
