Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá postoji českých teenagerů ve věku 15–19 let k udržitelnému cestování. Vzhledem k tomu, že teenageři představují významnou část budoucích účastníků turismu, je důležité porozumět jejich postojům a faktorům, které je ovlivňují. Hlavním cílem práce je identifikace profilu teenagerů jako cestovatelů, jejich postojů k udržitelnému cestování a potenciálu ovlivnit rozhodování a způsob cestování celé rodiny. Práce se poté věnuje komparativní analýze vlastního výzkumu s již existujícími výzkumy provedenými na skupině mladých dospělých v Evropě. Ke sbírání dat byla použita metoda kvantitativního výzkumu pomocí dotazníkového šetření, které bylo rozšířeno na gymnáziích mezi cílovou skupinou teenagerů. Výsledky ukazují, že teenageři mají rostoucí povědomí o udržitelném cestování, avšak jejich individuální postoje jsou často ovlivněny vnějšími faktory, jež zahrnují rodinné hodnoty, místo bydliště, přátelské okolí a vliv médií. Propagace udržitelného cestování mezi teenagery je nedostatečná a je třeba ji posílit, ale i přesto dosahují teenageři mnohdy pozitivnějších výsledků než generace mladých dospělých. Závěry této práce naznačují, že teenageři mají potenciál ovlivnit cestovatelské rozhodování celé rodiny a stát se do budoucna klíčovými aktéry v oblasti udržitelného cestování, pokud budou správně informováni a motivováni. |

| Abstract: |
This bachelor's thesis examines the attitudes of Czech teenagers aged 15–19 towards sustainable travel. Given that teenagers represent a significant portion of future tourism participants, it is important to understand their attitudes and the factors influencing them. The main aim of the thesis is to identify the profile of teenagers as travelers, their attitudes towards sustainable travel, and their potential to impact the decision-making and travel habits of the entire family. The thesis then focuses on a comparative analysis of the author's research with existing studies conducted on young adults in Europe. To collect data, a quantitative research method was used, employing a survey distributed in high schools among the target group of teenagers. The results show that teenagers have a growing awareness of sustainable travel. However, their individual attitudes are often influenced by external factors, including family values, home address, social peer environment and media influence. The promotion of sustainable travel among teenagers is insufficient and needs to be strengthened but despite this, teenagers often achieve better outcomes than the young adult generation. The conclusions of this thesis suggest that teenagers have the potential to influence the travel decisions of the entire family and become key players in sustainable travel in the future, provided they are properly informed and motivated. |
