Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem komunikační kampaně k zavedení třídění potravinového odpadu na Vysoké škole ekonomické v Praze. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny klíčové pojmy související s problematikou potravinového odpadu, komunikace environmentálních témat a principů sociálního marketingu. Praktická část vychází z komparativní analýzy zahraničních univerzit a kvantitativního dotazníkového šetření mezi studenty a zaměstnanci VŠE. Na základě zjištěných poznatků je navržena komunikační kampaň, včetně výběru médií a sdělení. |

This bachelor thesis focuses on the proposal of a communication campaign aimed at introducing food waste sorting at the Prague University of Economics and Business. The theoretical part defines key concepts related to food waste, communication of environmental issues, and the principles of social marketing. The practical part is based on a comparative analysis of selected foreign universities and a quantitative survey conducted among students and employees of the university. Based on the findings, a communication campaign is proposed, including the selection of media and key messages. |
