| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na analýzu sdílené ekonomiky v Praze s důrazem na dvě oblasti, konkrétně krátkodobé pronájmy a sdílenou dopravu. V teoretické části je definován pojem sdílená ekonomika, jsou popsány její odvětví a formy. Dále jsou představeny vybrané digitální platformy sdílené ekonomiky, včetně jejich dopadů na rezidenty a případných regulací těchto služeb. Praktická část je realizována formou dotazníkového šetření mezi rezidenty Prahy. Hlavním cílem kvantitativního výzkumu je analyzovat vnímání krátkodobého ubytování v soukromí a sdílené dopravy ze strany obyvatel hlavního města České republiky. Dílčími cíli jsou zjištění znalosti pojmu sdílená ekonomika a postoje k zavedení regulačních opatření. Výsledky výzkumu slouží jako prakticky orientovaná doporučení pro optimalizaci současné situace v Praze, se zaměřením na vybrané služby sdílené ekonomiky. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor's thesis focuses on the analysis of the sharing economy in Prague, with an emphasis on two areas, specifically short-term rentals and shared transport. The theoretical part defines the concept of the sharing economy and describes its sectors and forms. Furthermore, selected digital platforms of the sharing economy are presented, including their impacts on residents and possible regulations. The practical part is carried out in the form of a questionnaire survey among Prague residents. The main goal of the quantitative research is to analyse the perception of short-term private accommodation and shared transport by the inhabitants of the capital city of the Czech Republic. Partial goals include determining the level of knowledge of the concept of the sharing economy and attitudes towards the introduction of regulatory measures. The research results serve as practically oriented recommendations for optimizing the current situation in Prague with a focus on selected services of the sharing economy. |
