| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá kvalitativní analýzou tureckého přístupu k jeho zahraniční politice ve vztahu k Ukrajině a Ruské federaci. Práce se výhradně zaměřuje na ekonomickou, diplomatickou a vojenskou spolupráci Turecka s Ukrajinou a Ruskou federací. Zkoumá, jaké faktory ovlivňují jeho rozhodování v těchto oblastech, a jak se prostřednictvím aktivní diplomacie snaží posílit svou geopolitickou pozici v současném globálním politickém prostředí. Teoreticko-metodologickým východiskem je syntéza tří teorií: konceptu regionální mocnosti, konceptu geopolitiky Černého moře a Eurasianismu. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor’s thesis focuses on a qualitative analysis of Turkey's approach to its foreign policy in relation to Ukraine and the Russian Federation. The thesis exclusively examines Turkey’s economic, diplomatic, and military cooperation with Ukraine and the Russian Federation. It explores the factors influencing Turkey's decision-making in these areas and how, through active diplomacy, it seeks to strengthen its geopolitical position in the current global political environment. The theoretical and methodological framework is a synthesis of three theories: the concept of regional power, the concept of Black Sea geopolitics, and Eurasianism. |
