Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na zodpovědné cestování, přičemž zkoumá přístup generace Z k udržitelnosti v oblasti turismu a analyzuje, jak pandemie COVID-19 ovlivnila její cestovatelské návyky v kontextu udržitelnosti. Zodpovědné cestování patří mezi alternativní koncepty turismu, který usiluje o nalezení rovnováhy mezi potřebami místních obyvatel a turistů a klade důraz na konkrétní kroky, které jednotlivci mohou podniknout. Cílem práce je posoudit cestovatelské zvyklosti generace Z v kontextu zodpovědného cestování a posoudit vliv pandemie COVID-19 na její přístup k udržitelnému turismu. Výzkum je realizován kvantitativní metodou prostřednictvím dotazníkového šetření, jehož respondenty tvořili příslušníci generace Z, tedy osoby narozené mezi lety 1995-2010. Výsledky ukazují, že většina respondentů považuje udržitelný cestovní ruch za důležitý, avšak principy zodpovědného cestování nejsou uplatňovány ve stejné míře. Zároveň po pandemii COVID-19 nedošlo k výraznější změně směrem k udržitelnějšímu způsobu cestování u generace Z. Závěrem jsou navržena doporučení pro destinace a soukromé subjekty za účelem optimálního zacílení své nabídky na generaci Z s důrazem na zodpovědné cestování. |

This bachelor's thesis focuses on responsible travel, examining Generation Z's approach to sustainability in tourism and analysing how the COVID-19 pandemic has affected their travel habits in the context of sustainability. Responsible travel is an alternative concept of tourism that seeks to find a balance between the needs of residents and tourists and emphasises specific steps that individuals can take. The thesis aims to assess the travel habits of Generation Z in the context of responsible travel and the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the approach of Generation Z to sustainable tourism. The research is carried out using a quantitative method in the form of a questionnaire survey targeting members of Generation Z, defined as individuals born between 1995 and 2010. The results show that most respondents consider sustainable tourism important, but the principles of responsible travel are not applied to the same extent. At the same time, there has been no significant change towards a more sustainable way of travelling among Generation Z after the COVID-19 pandemic. Finally, recommendations are proposed for destinations and private entities to optimally target their offerings to Generation Z, emphasising responsible travel. |
