Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá vlivem mobilních technologií na spotřební chování turistů. Cílem bylo zjistit, jak faktory modelu UTAUT2 ovlivňují záměr a skutečné používání mobilních technologií při cestování. Na základě dotazníkového šetření a statistické analýzy bylo zjištěno, že nejsilnějšími prediktory záměru jsou hedonistická motivace a zvyk. Nejsilnějšími prediktory skutečného používání jsou záměr a zvyk. Věk respondentů se ukázal jako významný faktor, zatímco pohlaví nikoliv. Výsledky potvrzují vysokou relevanci modelu UTAUT2 v oblasti turismu a naznačují potřebu dalšího výzkumu zaměřeného na nové trendy. |

| Abstract: |
This bachelor's thesis examines the impact of mobile technologies on tourist consumer behavior. The aim was to determine how the factors of the UTAUT2 model influence the intention and actual use of mobile technologies during travel. Based on a questionnaire survey and statistical analysis, it was found that the strongest predictors of intention are hedonic motivation and habit. The strongest predictors of actual use are intention and habit. Respondents' age proved to be a significant factor, while gender did not. The results confirm the high relevance of the UTAUT2 model in the field of tourism and indicate the need for further research focused on emerging trends. |
