Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na analýzu procesu námořní nákladní přepravy ve vybrané logistické společnosti, konkrétně na identifikaci rizik a klíčových oblastí pro zlepšení efektivity v přepravním řetězci. Analýza je dále založena i na multikriteriálním porovnání rejdařů, dle parametrů zadaných vybranou logistickou společností pro konkrétní přepravní operaci. V první polovině práce, která je teoretickým základem pro experimentální část, je popsán význam a stručný historický vývoj nákladní námořní přepravy, definována role zasílatele a jeho význam v procesu přepravy. Pozornost je nadále věnována i klíčovým logistickým prvkům potřebných k realizaci přepravy, jako lodě, kontejnery a způsoby jejich doručení na PoD (Place of Delivery). Druhá polovina práce pojednává o současném průběhu přepravního procesu v AirSea divizi vybrané společnosti, využívaných přístavech a jsou zde identifikována rizika a překážky ovlivňující průběh přepravy. To zahrnuje především zhodnocení rejdařů pomocí metody TOPSIS a vyhodnocení rizik metodou FMEA. Cílem této diplomové práce je zanalyzovat přepravní proces v konkrétní logistické společnosti a identifikovat v něm klíčové oblasti pro zlepšení efektivity. Zároveň, na základě firmou zadaných kritérií, určit optimálního partnera pro logistickou operaci. |

The thesis focuses on analyzing the process of maritime freight transport in a selected logistics company, specifically on identifying risks and key areas for improving efficiency within the transport chain. The analysis also includes a multi-criteria comparison of shipping companies, chosen based on the selection criteria set by the logistics company for a specific transport operation. The first part of the thesis, which provides the theoretical foundation for the experimental section, describes the significance and brief historical development of maritime freight transport, defining the role of the freight forwarder and its importance within the transport process. Attention is further given to the key logistical elements necessary for the execution of transport, such as vessels, containers, and methods of delivery to the Place of Delivery (PoD). The second part discusses the current transport process within the Air & Sea division of the selected company, the ports used, and identifies risks and obstacles affecting the course of transport. This primarily includes the evaluation of shipping companies by application of TOPSIS method and risk assesment by method FMEA. The aim of this thesis is to analyze the transportation process in a specific logistics company and identify key areas for improving efficiency. At the same time, based on the criteria specified by the company, determine the optimal partner for the logistics operation. |
