Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem vstupní strategie společnosti ASAP Dental s.r.o. na slovenský trh dentální péče. První část analyzuje obecnou strukturu trhu s dentální péčí a hlavní faktory ovlivňující nabídku a poptávku. Druhá část se zaměřuje na specifika slovenského trhu. V praktické části je provedena finanční analýza společnosti ASAP Dental s.r.o., SWOT analýza a PEST analýza slovenského trhu a návrh konkrétní vstupní strategie, včetně výběru vhodného regionu, marketingové a personální strategie. |

This bachelor thesis deals with the design of the entry strategy of ASAP Dental s.r.o. into the Slovak dental care market. The first part analyses the general structure of the dental care market and the main factors influencing supply and demand. The second part focuses on the specifics of the Slovak market. The practical part includes a financial analysis of ASAP Dental s.r.o., SWOT analysis and PEST analysis of the Slovak market and a proposal of a specific entry strategy, including selection of a suitable region, marketing and personnel strategy. |
