Diplomová práce se věnuje tématu umělé inteligence (AI) v rámci právních systémů České republiky, Evropské unie a Spojených států amerických. Detailně rozebírá právní pojetí umělé inteligence a analyzuje, jak současná právní úprava v jednotlivých oblastech zkoumání upravuje problematiku umělé inteligence. Práce popisuje definici umělé inteligence, její členění a následně v jednotlivých kapitolách rozebírá právní normy i dosavadní judikaturu v jednotlivých právních systémech, které se na umělou inteligenci vztahují. Současně posuzuje stávající právní úpravu a předkládá návrhy možných zlepšení. |

The thesis deals with the topic of artificial intelligence (AI) within the legal systems of the Czech Republic, the European Union and the United States of America. It analyses in detail the legal concept of artificial intelligence and analyses how the current legal regulations in each area of research regulate the issue of artificial intelligence. The thesis describes the definition of artificial intelligence, its subdivision and then in individual chapters analyses the legal norms and existing case law in the individual legal systems that apply to artificial intelligence. At the same time, it assesses the existing legal framework and makes suggestions for possible improvements. |
